Returns
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
Return Method:
All returns must be sent by mail. Currently, we do not provide a pre-paid return label. To initiate a return, please contact us first for instructions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging should be intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged by the customer
- Return requests made after 15 days from delivery
- Items returned without contacting us first
Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee of the order value may apply for returned items.
Shipping Cost for Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged due to our handling or shipping.
How to Request a Return:

- Photos or a short video of the item

Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

We will review the issue and offer either:
