Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or preparation, and we are unable to support cancellations.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Order Modification

We can assist with modifying order information, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Recipient name
  • Phone number

Order modifications are accepted as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the package is with the carrier, changes can no longer be made.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 days. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on PayPal’s processing time.
